Youth Care Worker - Nights

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Youth Care Worker - Nights at Palm Beach Youth Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Located near the beaches of Southeast Florida, Palm Beach Youth Academy provides a healing environment for at‑risk males by offering evidence‑based mental health and substance abuse services designed to support recovery and improve overall well‑being.

Pay:
Starting at $19 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

As a Youth Care Worker – Nights, you will provide 24‑hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our youth. You will monitor and document behaviors, join the youth during sports and recreation time, and assist and mentor the youth as they learn and develop within the program.

Possess a High School Diploma or GED, have one‑year experience working with at‑risk youth in a direct care position or 60 hours of college education and possess a Driver’s License.

Night Coach counselors work 12‑hour days on a rotating schedule.
