Case Manager at Palm Beach Youth Academy

Palm Beach Youth Academy provides evidence-based mental health and substance abuse services for at‑risk males in a healing environment near the beaches of Southeast Florida.

Pay starts at $21.86 per hour.

As a Case Manager, you will:

• Administrate, develop, and facilitate completion of case plans and treatment programs per agency requests and student needs.
• Collaborate with professional staff to establish and meet youth treatment goals by providing individual counseling and skill development.
• Communicate with families, probation officers, referral agencies, etc., on youth progress.
• Provide a supportive environment, monitor and document clinical behaviors, and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.

To be considered you should:

• Possess a BA/BS in a related field.
• Have prior case management experience, including at least three years with juveniles.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (THC not required), physical, TB test, and child abuse registry search.

5 days on, 2 days off – 40 hours per week.
