This position supports the School District in identifying and connecting community resources to students and families. The Community Resource Person will be responsible for building relationships with community partners, coordinating service referrals, and ensuring families receive timely and appropriate support services.
District Responsibilities- Follow adopted policies and procedures in accordance with School Board priorities.
- Conduct oneself in the best interest of students, in accordance with the highest traditions of public education and support for the District's Mission Statement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
