Bilingual Spanish Resident Services Coordinator

Full‑time position, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

The Resident Services Coordinator will lead educational and community‑building programs for seniors, coordinating with local third‑party service providers and building partnerships.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.
• Experience in education or social services, preferably with seniors.
• Reliable transportation and ability to live within 25 miles of the target zip code.
• Self‑starter, organized, compassionate, and able to build professional relationships.
• Positive attitude, customer‑service orientation, and resourcefulness.

• Support the needs of seniors and low‑income individuals and families.
• Coordinate and provide resident social activities.
• Maintain the Resource Center in a clean, presentable condition.
• Provide resources, connect residents to opportunities, and bridge social and economic barriers.
• Report program outcomes to the Rainbow Resident Services Division.

• Must be willing to undergo and pass a background and drug test.
• Enthusiasm for working with people and ability to organize community events.
• Experience working successfully with diverse populations.
• Outgoing personality and ability to build relationships with community partners.
• Ability to facilitate reliable personal or public transportation.
