Job Overview
Youth Care Worker – Nights at Palm Beach Youth Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida.
LocationWest Palm Beach, Florida – close to the beaches of Southeast Florida.
CompensationStarting at $19 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

Responsibilities- Provide 24‑hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety.
- Monitor and document behaviors.
- Participate in youth sports and recreation activities, and mentor youth during those times.
- Assist youth in learning and development within the program.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of experience working with at‑risk youth in a direct care position, or 60 hours of college education and a valid Driver’s License.
Night shifts, 12‑hour days on a rotating schedule.
