Youth Mentor

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a compassionate Youth Mentor to support at-risk youth through community-based programs. In this role, you will build trusting relationships, provide one-on-one and group mentoring, and help youth set and achieve personal, academic, and behavioral goals. You will collaborate with families, schools, and community partners, maintain clear documentation, and model positive decision-making. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to at-risk youth in community and school settings
• Support youth in setting and achieving personal, academic, and behavioral goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes
• Communicate regularly with families, schools, and community partners
• Facilitate life-skills, social-emotional, and enrichment activities
• Ensure youth safety and follow all agency and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case staffing
• Promote an inclusive, supportive environment aligned with LSF values
