Warehouse Associate

West Palm Beach, FL - D4 - 2300 Witt Street, West Palm Beach, Florida - 33409

Pay: $17 - $18 per hour and up to $2,500 through performance bonuses

Work Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

The Warehouse Associate supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely receiving and pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. Daily responsibilities include:

• Accurately pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assisting in loading the delivery truck.
• Receiving shipments, logging them into inventory, and maintaining inventory through audits.
• Communicating positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently, maintaining required certification, performing vehicle safety checks, and reporting discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assisting in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Ability to follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred.
