Corporate Jet Captain; PIC – West Palm

Your Mission

Lead safe, reliable corporate flight operations as Pilot in Command. You will champion a culture of safety and service, collaborate closely with crew members and our Aviation leadership, assist passengers throughout their journey, and take on collateral duties and special aviation projects that strengthen our team.

• Serve as PIC of assigned aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Plan and execute flights: analyze weather and NOTAMs, compute performance data, file flight plans, and manage fuel and alternates.
• Apply sound risk management and decision‑making; adhere to company procedures, FAA regulations, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate seamlessly with flight crew, maintenance, schedulers, and ground handlers to deliver an on‑time, smooth operation.
• Provide attentive, discreet passenger service; assist with baggage, boarding, and any special needs related to the flight.
• Maintain currency and qualifications; complete training and checks as required (type rating training provided as needed).
• Contribute to collateral duties and special projects (e.g., safety initiatives, training support, standards development).
• Represent Next Era Energy Aviation with professionalism, leadership, teamwork, and flexibility at all times.

• License: ATP (FAA)

  High School Diploma or GED
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of professional flying experience
• Strong safety record; five years with no accidents, incidents, or FAA violations is highly desired.
• Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and a customer‑service mindset.
• Schedule flexibility to meet operational needs.
• Residence within driving distance of KPBI.

• Type Rating:
  Not required — training provided (NTR)
• Preferred Total Time: 3,000 hours
• Preferred Turbine Time: 1,500 hours fixed‑wing multi‑engine turbine
