Medical Courier

Lab Corp is seeking a Courier (also referred to as Service Representative) to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role involves the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 3:00PM – 11:00PM.

• Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups.
• Complete daily pick-up schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all picks to your branch at the end of your shift.
• Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic laws.
• Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily pick-ups.
• Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed.

• No education or experience required.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of driver or courier experience.
• 1 year or more of customer service experience.

• Very punctual with strong time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem‑solve customer issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50lb.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• At least 21 years old.

• Employees scheduled 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Employees scheduled fewer than 20 hours per week, as well as Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees, are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule are eligible for all benefits except PTO or FTO.
• The company vehicle is provided for the route; for an additional $125 per month the employee may take the vehicle home for personal use.
