Job Summary
You will be one of the first crew members our customers meet upon arrival to the station. Your priority is to provide an effortless and seamless check‑in experience while ensuring the lounge is in tip‑top shape and fully stocked with amenities. Strong attention to detail is required; you will verify that all documents have been properly vetted, baggage has been screened, and customers are fit to fly.
When assigned, you may be responsible for valet duties: driving, parking, and retrieving customer vehicles, and assisting customers in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure. On‑time performance and strict adherence to time, attendance, and appearance standards are essential.
- Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing stairs, standing, and walking long distances.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
- All Airport Services Concierges (ASC) are trained as Ground Security Coordinators (GSC) and monitor the operational environment to detect changes that affect safety.
- Review and ensure compliance with updated policies, safety alerts, learning notices, procedure changes, and regulatory guidance.
- Maintain personal readiness to conduct safety‑sensitive duties at all times, proactively identifying fatigue, stress, or other factors that may compromise safety.
- Ensure personal compliance with all DOT requirements regarding drug and alcohol use.
- Oversee all security protocols and processes, including baggage and passenger screening.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned; duties may change with circumstances such as emergencies, workload changes, rush jobs, or technical developments.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years of customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Professional, level‑headed demeanor in stressful situations.
- Vigilant, aware of surroundings, and present to recognize and act upon unsafe conditions.
- Calm urgency and strong communication, both verbal and visual.
- Computer savviness; knowledge of Google Business, Microsoft Office.
- Four‑year college degree.
- Two years of aviation or airline/airport operation experience.
- Customer service experience with high‑end clients.
- Travel industry experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national in compliance with federal aviation security requirements.
- Must be able to travel often.
- Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting, and prolonged standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in cold, wet, or hot conditions for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines.
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors for an extended amount of time during cold/wet or hot conditions.
Starting Compensation: $18.00
