1-800-GOT-JUNK is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We are hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences

Full‑Time

$23–$29/hr+ ($14 base + Profit Sharing + Tips)

• Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
• Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
• Keep trucks clean and organized

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 21+ Years and older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Paid training

• 8–12 hour shifts
• 1 weekend shift and 3–4 weekday shifts expectations
