Job Overview

We’re hiring part‑time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming for the people who live there.

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport collected materials to the on‑site compactor using your open‑bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with utility trailer.
• Serve one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
• Remain active by walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed.

• Own an open‑bed pickup truck or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with data plan; willingness to receive SMS/text communications.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs., walk long distances, climb stairs, work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Truck Pay Rate: $18 per hour;
  Non‑Truck Pay Rate: $16 per hour.
• Consistent daytime schedule—typically 10–15+ hours per week.
• No weekend work; most schedules run Sunday–Thursday starting after 8:00AM.
• Fast pay with Daily Pay.
• Steady work and reliable hours.
• Opportunity for career growth; many Area Leaders promoted from Service Valet positions.

• Safety equipment provided (gloves, safety vest, etc.).
