Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist (Service Valet)

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport collected items to the on-site compactor using an open‑bed pickup truck or a tow vehicle with utility trailer.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during the shift, all within the same local area.
• Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
• Walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors as required.

• Own an open‑bed pickup truck or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with a data plan to download and use the work app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs.
• Work around bagged trash and waste.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Truck pay rate: $18 per hour.
• Non‑Truck pay rate: $16 per hour.
• Consistent evening schedule – 10–15+ hours per week.
• Part‑time nights, mainly weekends after 7:00–8:00 PM.
• Fast pay through Daily Pay.
• Opportunity for career growth; half of Area Leaders promoted from Service Valet positions.
