Truck Driver

Boise Cascade -  - Responsibilities:
Deliver and distribute building products to assigned customers with safe loading, handling, and transportation of materials and heavy cargo;
Operate tractor/trailer combinations following commercial driving regulations and navigate difficult driving conditions;
Complete necessary paperwork and relay customer questions or complaints to supervisor;
Inspect truck for defects or problems before and after trips and submit reports on truck condition;
Maintain vehicle in safe operating condition including fuel, oil, and water;
Maintain logs and records according to Department of Transportation regulations;
Assist in loading and unloading trucks or building loads as needed;
Secure cargo for transit and maintain a clean truck;
Uphold safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement;
Perform other duties as assigned
