Special Event Team Leader & Warehouse Leader

The employee will organize and perform the activities and operations of the warehouse including leading the set up and breakdown team for events. The person is responsible for preparing any and all warehouse aspects in preparation for high‑end events, driving 26' box trucks to and from elite venues carrying fragile and expensive props and floral arrangements, and assisting and leading on‑site sub‑teams to achieve desired event results.

• Repeatedly lift, load, and offload boxes, tables, carts, and floral arrangements
• General product and prop assembly and preparation while meeting deadlines
• Accurately load and unload trucks for events in a timely and safe manner
• Maintain a safe, organized, and tidy work environment
• Safely drive 26’ truck to and from events
• Fleet maintenance

• Delegate attainable tasks to team members
• Meet deadlines with accuracy in a fast paced environment

• Brainstorm installation challenges with Supervisors

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• English speaking is required / Bilingual is a plus
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Fast Pace

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience driving a 26' box truck (CDL is NOT required)

• Ability to navigate using a hand truck, dolly, tool carts, and ladders
• Physical movement includes walking, bending, stooping, standing, climbing, and, at times, remaining stationary depending on the task or the shift of the day, with the ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs with team members occasionally, lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently

• The typical work schedule can include nights and weekends. Employee availability is required during seasonal high‑volume periods.

Hourly range: $23–$28. Depends on skills and experience. A review will be conducted after probationary period.
