Order Builder

BEST Employment is hiring an Order Builder for a leading Supply Chain & Logistics client in the Warehouse & Manufacturing department. In this role, you will accurately pick, stage, and build customer orders, ensuring correct quantities, labeling, and packaging. You'll operate warehouse equipment, follow safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Responsibilities

• Accurately read and follow pick tickets, orders, or scanner prompts to build customer orders
• Locate, select, and pull products from warehouse locations using manual or powered equipment as authorized
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before palletizing or packing
• Build, wrap, label, and stage pallets or containers for loading and shipment
• Use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and order status
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity, accuracy, and shipping deadlines
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or equipment issues promptly
• Support other general warehouse duties as assigned, such as loading/unloading trucks and restocking inventory
