10 Month Building Secretary - West Plains ElementaryJob Description
The West Plains R-VII School District is currently accepting applications for a 10-month building secretary position at West Plains Elementary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily office duties, which may include attendance, visitor management, food service, or data entry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of computer usage and modern office practices.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to establish cooperative relationships in a calm and tactful manner.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions effectively.
REPORTS TO: Lead Secretary and/or Building Principal
JOB GOAL: To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front office at West Plains Elementary. To complete all necessary work to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the principal’s office, contributing to the educational process.
