Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon. Join two employed general surgeons plus one private practice surgeon in the community. 1:3 call rotation. Strong primary care referral base. Practice located in newly expanded 100,000 sq ft clinical space. Perform:
General surgery, Colorectal procedures and Endoscopy. 6 OR rooms and 3 procedure suites. MD anesthesia coverage. 12-bed ICU with two critical care specialists. 24/7 hospitalist coverage. Interventional Radiology available. Annual ER volume: 28,. Annual scopes: 2,000. Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive MGMA-based salary. $25,000 sign-on bonus. $10,000 relocation assistance. Student loan support up to $100,000. Monthly educational stipend during training. Up to $4,500 annually for CME and professional expenses. 8 weeks PTO annually. Health, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D coverage. 403(b) with 3% match after one year. 457 "Top Hat" plan (up to $18,000 annually). Professional liability coverage. Requirements: MD or DO.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery. Eligible for Missouri medical license. Comfortable with broad-spectrum general surgery and endoscopy. Team-oriented approach to community surgical care. Community Highlights:
