Practice Details
Join a collegial team of 5 physicians and 2 experienced nurse practitioners
100% outpatient primary care with no inpatient responsibilities
Modern clinic environment with dedicated exam rooms, full support staff, and private provider work spaces
Schedule
4 or 5 day work week option with built-in administrative time
Average daily volume of 13-15 patients, allowing time for thoughtful, relationship-based care
Compensation & Benefits
Generous base salary determined by experience, with production incentives and earning potential up to $250,000
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Eligible for federal and state loan repayment as an FQHC with an HPSA score of 21
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
Comfortable managing acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
Committed to team-based, patient-centered care
