Position
Maintenance Assistant at Adams Place (NHC Health Care West Plains)
Responsibilities- Heavy-duty cleaning, light grounds care, and maintenance of institutional equipment.
- Keep records of work performed.
- Coordinate work with other departments so as not to interrupt patient care or normal business functions.
- Be on call for emergencies.
- Perform or direct duties related to maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc., including gardening, landscaping, clean‑up, snow removal (unless performed under service contract).
- Maintenance experience preferred, not required.
- H‑VAC experience preferred, not required.
- High school graduate or graduate of a technical school.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; knowledge of local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
