To support the production team in ensuring efficient workflow, timely completion of production schedules, and maintaining quality standards. Essential Functions
  • Assist in the setup and operation of production equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor the production process, ensuring that all procedures are followed and quality standards are met.
  • Support the production team with material handling, inventory management, and organizing production supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, such as output quantities, raw materials used, and any issues encountered during the production process.
  • Ensure that work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety and health regulations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
  • Assist in the packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished goods as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on production equipment when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.
Qualifications
  • Inventory Management: Competency in handling, organizing, and tracking materials and inventory accurately.
  • Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
  • Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.

  • Relationship Building - Ability to effectively build relationships with co-workers and vendors.

  • Quality Control: Ability to monitor production output to ensure it meets required quality standards and takes corrective action when necessary.
