The Leonardo DRS Land Systems business is a recognized leader in the design and integration of complex technologies into new and legacy systems and platforms for global military and commercial customers. We are a 6 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area.

• Responsible and accountable for producing quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget
• Follow written work instructions must maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures including those which govern the handling of materials, chemicals, tools and equipment
• Properly use required PPE
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
• Perform entry-level functions, which may include: the safe handling of product as specified in the guidelines and the basic operation of tools within Fab area, in specific large and small wheelabrator
• Proper use of hoist, rigging, tools and material handling equipment
• Interpret Process Flow Instructions and other written or verbal instructions
• Properly log in and out on assigned jobs and complete appropriate paperwork
• Read and interpret manufacturing processes, blueprints and other work instructions

• High school diploma or GED
