The Master Craftsman is responsible for the precise milling, assembly, and finishing of stair parts, shelving, beams, and other high-end products using high-quality flooring materials. The Master Craftsman can craft all products offered. This role requires advanced technical skills in woodworking and an understanding of manufacturing processes, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have completed mastery of Advanced Craftsman requirements.
• Mill, assemble and finish advanced wood stair products like stair treads, starter steps, and landings.
• Create one-of-a-kind wood products from CAD drawings.
• Safely operate power equipment like table saws, miter saws, and CNC machines.
• Read production schematics and CAD drawings for advanced wood products.
• Maintain and repair CNC machines and power saws as needed.
• Create simple CAD drawings for products.
• Forklift operation

Education – High school or equivalent GED preferred

Experience – Floor Made Advanced Craftsman experience or real-world equivalent is necessary.

Stand, walk, sit, handling/fingering, reach, push/pull, climb, crawl, squat/kneel, and bend with varying weight requirements as part of the role
