Center Well Home Health in Missouri is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes, under RN supervision. You will implement care plans, educate families, and coordinate with the healthcare team to support recovery and independence.
Role requires current LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. 40 hours per week with competitive pay and benefits.
