Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - West Plains, MO

Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store and implementing action plans to accomplish departmental and store responsibilities;
Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence and provide training and guidance to employees;
Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met;
Maintain quality customer service and assist in merchandising, stocking, and scheduling;
