Gutter Installation Technician

Overview

Gutter Installation Technician, full‑time, $20-$25 per hour, West Plains, Missouri. Benefits include company vehicle, PTO, steady year‑round work, company parties, growth opportunities, a company phone for qualified candidates, and a supportive, professional environment.

• Prepare the company truck with tools and equipment each day.
• Travel to job sites across the West Plains area and install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards to company standards.
• Ensure systems are aligned and securely fastened for optimal drainage.
• Diagnose and repair damaged gutters, perform routine cleanings, and maintain safety by following OSHA and company guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and address their questions.
• Leave the job site clean and organized; work efficiently with the team to deliver quality results on schedule.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 18 years of age
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders safely
• Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Construction, roofing, or gutter installation experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
