Job PurposeThe Advanced Craftsman is responsible for the precise milling, assembly, and finishing of flooring moldings, vents, herringbone flooring, and other related components using high-quality flooring materials. This role requires a blend of technical skills in woodworking and an understanding of manufacturing processes, with both independence and teamwork.

Essential Functions- Must have completed mastery of Craftsman requirements.
- Mill, assemble, and finish advanced wood products like vents and herringbone.
- Rip flooring for moldings and other wood products.
- Safely operate power equipment like table saws, miter saws, and CNC machines.
- Read production schematics for advanced wood products.
- Maintain and repair CNC machines as needed.
- Forklift operation.

Education – High school or equivalent GED preferred
ExperienceExperience – Floor Made craftsman experience or real-world equivalent is necessary.
