Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric/young adult populations is preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interactions with students, educators, and families
• Adaptability and organizational abilities to manage a diverse caseload spanning multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students based on individualized education plans
• Conduct assessments to identify student strengths, needs, and establish appropriate goals
• Develop and implement intervention plans targeting academic, social, and functional skills
• Collaborate with a supportive team of special educators, teachers, and related service providers across campuses
• Maintain detailed and timely records of evaluations, interventions, and progress reports
