Position Summary

Responsible for the performance of a variety of duties relating to financial and business services. Primary responsibilities include the processing of overall company payments with accounts payable and cross functional support of accounts receivable, payroll with over-sight, general accounting and reporting. Jobs will not limited to primary responsibility.

Essential Functions Corporate

Adheres to the HTGP policies and procedures

EHS

Leads by example adherence to all safety policies and procedures
Enforces all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment
Consistently meets company safety goals

Technical

Routinely processing payment (ACH, International wire)
Bank reconciliation & Corporate credit card reconciliation
Vendor registration and vendor’s bank account verification
Bank loan management
Cash projection (weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
Prepare F1042 & F1099
Assist month/Year end closing
Assist Year-end audit and coordinate with outside CPA firm
Other ad-hoc projects as requests
Ensure prompt completion of closings
Detail oriented and stand the pressure for deadline
Responsible and positive attitude
Ad ho reporting as required

Leadership

Need to help other departments regarding accounting closing work
Work with Finance/Accounting Team to implement and improve accuracy
Assist in any special projects assigned to Finance/Accounting Department
Promote a positive workplace

Education

4 Year Accounting Degree is required.
0~3 years of experiences in accounting or FP&A.
