Role: Supports the Production Team through managing and training subordinates, overseeing production documentation, and managing employee personnel.
- Assists with administrative, communication, safety and training needs and requirements.
- Ensures production lines are staffed and operable.
- Ensures T+D and adherence to work instructions and quality standards.
- Ensures all Team Member’s timekeeping information such as timesheets, vacation time, personal time and absenteeism is correctly entered into SAP.
- Ensures that all quality, safety, and personnel concerns are addressed and those responsible are held accountable.
- Acquires FTTQ information hourly and pushes items back to the associated Team Leader for correction.
- Ensures that offline rework is repaired and documented in an efficient and timely manner in order to deliver product to KMMG on time.
- Verifies Team Leaders have completed and submitted all daily reports and documentation requirements on P2 boards and validates the data entered.
- Ensures that all Team Members are in compliance with PPE and dress code policies.
- Develops team members through training, counseling, and performance review so that they perform work tasks to standard.
- Enforces and practices 5S in all assigned work areas. Keeps the workstations, tools, and gauges clean and organized.
- Administers fair, honest, and equal disciplinary action (counseling, coaching, incident documentation).
