** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, associates, contractors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.

+ Control access at entry and exit points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing traffic flow according to site procedures.

+ Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, and report irregular activity per post orders.

+ Support vehicle and asset movement areas such as loading docks, shipping and receiving, and vehicle staging by observing activity and reporting policy concerns.

+ Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift pass-down information in a timely manner.

+ Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire services, and onsite management when incidents require additional response.

+ Assist with screening of deliveries and vendors by verifying appointments, paperwork, and access authorization per site guidelines.

+ Maintain a professional presence and provide clear directions to help support an orderly environment at an automotive-related location.

* + Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
