Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the automotive location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, entry points, and/or perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related events, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with site policies;
Support emergency response activities and assist with traffic flow, vehicle lot observations, and/or facility access coordination as directed by site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed
