Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic to help to deter disruptions, support site rules, and report issues according to post instructions;
Assist with incident reporting, daily activity logs, and other assigned duties that support security-related operations across the location
