Step into a meaningful role making a demonstrable impact on student success by providing expert behavior support in a school setting. Two enthusiastic and dedicated therapists are needed RBT or BCBA certified to collaborate with K‑8 students whose behavioral needs affect their learning and school environment. This rewarding contract opportunity begins July 27, 2026, and continues through May 26, 2027, serving children ages 5 to 14 across six school sites.
Enjoy a steady, balanced schedule with 20-25 hours per week, three or four days weekly, and a manageable caseload of just six students giving you time to invest in positive change for each child.
Qualifications/Experience- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings is valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for fostering student growth, safety, and academic access
- Assess student behaviors and support plans with a functional, evidence-based approach
- Work directly with students to implement interventions, track progress, and adjust supports as needed
- Partner with educators and school teams to promote student engagement and ensure safe, accessible learning environments
- Provide guidance and training to school staff and families on behavior strategies and interventions
