Our agency opened in 2010 and is a team of four who are competitive, focused, and committed to delivering strong results. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a banker. I was inspired by several insurance agents I looked up to, which ultimately led me to pursue this career and build an agency of my own. I’m a big family person with three children and a very close-knit family.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
