United Trades of America is seeking skilled Mechanical Millwrights to join our team for industrial projects in the local area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values long-term employees and offers excellent benefits once hired directly.

Mechanical Millwrights are responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. This includes:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Assembling, aligning, and leveling machinery using precision tools.
• Installing conveyors, pumps, turbines, and production equipment.
• Performing routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments to keep systems running safely and efficiently.
• Working in manufacturing, power plants, and large-scale industrial environments.

Temp-to-Hire:
Eligible for permanent hire after required hours worked.

Schedule:

Full-time, day shift (hours may vary by project).

Compensation: $20-$30 per hour, based on experience.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Millwright or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
