Home Health RN Opportunity

Franciscan Healthcare - Private is seeking a Home Health RN for an assignment in West Point, Nebraska. The position is based at 430 N Monitor St, West Point, Nebraska 68788. The listed schedule is 5 x 8 Day shifts. The assignment length is 8 weeks. An ASAP start is requested.

Responsibilities:

• Provide home health and hospice nursing coverage.
• Complete scheduled visits and participate in weekday and weekend on-call coverage.
• Use a facility fleet vehicle when assigned.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse credentials.
• Home health and hospice experience is preferred.
• Clean driving record.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch. One to two weekends per month. Weekday call runs from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on two to three days per week. Weekend call runs from Saturday at 8:00 a.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m. No scrub-color preference.

At the time of the listing, the service had 11 home health patients and 11 hospice patients. New referrals were paused until additional staff were in place.
