Mobile Service Technician – West Point Auto

• - Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of truck makes and models.
• - Provide emergency roadside assistance and support as needed.
• - Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues quickly and accurately.
• - Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
• - Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, stocked with necessary parts and tools.
• - Document all work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and time spent on each job.
• - Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each client’s needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

• - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck technician, preferably in a mobile service role.
• - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• - Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
• - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• - Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment as needed.
• - Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
