Instructor​/Assistant Professor

Duties

Coordinate closely with Department leadership to manage, execute, and monitor the various gift-funded margin of excellence programs within the organization.

Direct budgetary and administrative compliance for these initiatives by aligning resources, securing necessary United States Military Academy (USMA) approvals, and tracking expenditures.

Guide strategic donor relations and stewardship efforts in partnership with the Association of Graduates and key program leads.

Advise and support program leads on administrative requirements for departmental activities, including conferences, guest speakers, and cadet/faculty travel.

Oversee collaboration with external partners and agencies to deploy funding across co-curricular, extracurricular, and experiential learning opportunities.

Instruct students in area of expertise within the Department's academic programs.

Support the personal growth and professional development of cadets in and out of the classroom as a role model for future leaders of the Nation.
