Load food trays into heated food carts;
Assist the cooking staff when removing cooked items from baking sheets, pans, etc. and placing in serving trays;
Assist in opening packages of food items and setting up on trays for serving or further preparation;
Make cold sandwiches using prepared ingredients and pack box lunches;
Perform heavy duty cleaning tasks such as ceilings, storage rooms, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, washing floors and walls with powered equipment, and/or sanitizing garbage rooms
