Duties
Help
- Make, modify and repair specialized types of garments for the United States Military Academy.
- Measure pieces, mark garments to indicate required alterations, and alter or repair coats, jackets, and other tailored items, which require precise shaping and finishing.
- Custom fit and tailor various items of the cadet uniform, e.g., long overcoat, full dress coat, dress coat and parka.
- Perform braiding, machine basting, setting sleeves and collar by machine, and other specialized tasks as required.
