* Position summary:
** The Manufacturing Supervisor leads manufacturing teams at our RCA plant located in West Point, Georgia by creating a safe and high-performance work environment. This role emphasizes coaching, employee development, and accountability while ensuring production goals for safety, quality, on time delivery, and productivity are met.

* Educational requirements:
*** Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
* Will consider:
High school diploma or G.E.D. with equivalent manufacturing experience
*
* Skills and experience:
*** At least two (2) years of manufacturing supervisory experience
* Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
** Essential duties:
*** Coach, develop, and engage associates to build skills, ownership, and accountability
* Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, respect, and continuous improvement
* Lead by example and reinforce company values, safety expectations, and work standards
* Ensure compliance with all safety rules, environmental regulations, and company policies
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through strong housekeeping practices
* Ensure awareness of and adherence to departmental Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
* Align staffing, materials, and priorities to meet daily production goals
* Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee growth
* Train and onboard new employees, reinforcing best practices, quality standards, and safe work methods
* Address performance, attendance, and conduct issues fairly and consistently
* Collaborate with other leaders to improve communication, workflow, and results
* Perform other duties as assigned
