Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor access in accordance with location protocols, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and supporting security-related response efforts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including production areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter access points, as assigned.;
Help to deter unauthorized access, support traffic and delivery coordination at controlled entry points, and communicate clearly with staff regarding security-related procedures and/or restrictions.
