Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document access activity to help support security-related operations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and designated access points, with working environments and conditions varying by location;
Assist with screening deliveries, vendor arrivals, and restricted area access while following posted instructions and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns
