Security Officer Part Time

Position: Security Officer Afternoons Part Time
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badging requirements, and other security-related policies at the location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to production, warehouse, and restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and loading or shipping and receiving zones, with attention to security-related concerns and unusual activity;
Document daily activity, visitor logs, and incident details, and support emergency response activities in accordance with post orders and location procedures
