Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and employees by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at the location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document access activity to help support security-related operations.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or site policy concerns.;
Communicate with site contacts, delivery drivers, and Allied Universal leadership regarding access requests, restricted areas, and other security-related matters.
