Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, screening visitors, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records;
Respond to access-control alarms, unauthorized-entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access;
Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding access-related concerns, incidents, and shift activity
