Vanguard Industrial Group is hiring 3–5 experienced Industrial Electricians with 6+ years of industrial experience to support a major industrial project in West Point, VA, running now through April.

We are seeking dependable, safety-driven professionals who can step into a fast-paced industrial environment and make an immediate impact. This role offers strong hours, shutdown overtime, competitive pay, and the opportunity to transition to future projects based on performance and customer satisfaction.

A state electrical license is not required. A TWIC card is preferred due to potential site access requirements.

• Bend and run rigid conduit
• Install cable tray systems
• Perform control terminations
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Install, maintain, and support industrial electrical systems
• Work safely within heavy industrial or plant environments
• Follow all site safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborate effectively with field crews and supervisors
• Support shutdown operations requiring extended work schedules

• Minimum 6+ years of industrial electrical experience
• Experience in heavy industrial or plant environments preferred
• Proficient in cable tray installation and control terminations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Ability to work extended hours, including 7-day schedules during shutdown
• TWIC card preferred
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• $28–$33 per hour (based on experience)

• Project Duration:
  Now through April
• Standard Schedule (Pre-Shutdown):
  Approximately 50 hours per week
• Shutdown Period (Final Two Weeks): 7 days per week
• Full-Time Project-Based Role with potential transfer to future projects
• Day shift : 6am-6pm.
• Night shift ($2 differential) 6pm-6am.
