Saiia Construction, a proud member of the Fortune 500 Mas Tec family, is looking for a dependable, safety-minded CDL Truck Driver – Roll Off & Dump Truck (Night Shift) for our West Point, Virginia team. This is a hands‑on, high‑energy role where you’ll do more than drive;

you’ll work side‑by‑side with a strong crew to ensure materials are properly loaded, secured, and ready to move, keeping operations running smoothly through the night.

• Performs pre- and post‑trip DOT inspections of the assigned tandem axle or tri‑axle dump truck or roll off truck and documents findings.
• Safely drives duel and tri‑axle trucks and materials to various destinations.
• Uses devices inside the truck to dump contents of bed and tilt body.
• Maintains a clean and safe work truck with regular maintenance.
• Inspects load before transport to ensure materials are loaded correctly.
• Verifies stability of the site prior to dumping the load.
• Maintains Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). at all times.
• Follows Superintendent or Facility Manager directions and expectations for each specific project or jobsite.
• Reports all accidents and injuries, regardless of severity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to drive an automatic or manual shift truck.
• Ability to read, analyze, and process documents such as operating and maintenance manuals, scheduling charts, policy and procedure manuals, repair records, maps, DOT regulations and equipment performance handbooks.
• Proficient communication with coworkers, leaders, customers and third‑party vendors.
• Strong math skills in whole numbers, fractions and decimals across all units of measure.
• Application of common sense to carry out work in written, verbal, or diagram form.
• Problem‑solving ability in situations with multiple variables.
• Attends routine safety meetings.
• Knowledge of EPA, state EPA, DOT, OSHA, MSHA and related regulations.
• Comfortable using email, smartphone, tablet or computer to manage company information and documents.
• Maintains regular attendance per employee handbook guidelines.
