Benton REA invites applicants to apply for a full-time VP of Distribution role. The position will be permanently based out of our brand-new West Richland office (located near Keene and Van Giesen). Executive position responsible for the engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of the Association's electric distribution system. This role directs distribution design, line operations, and construction contractor performance to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of electric service. Departmental supervision is exercised over assigned personnel. Work is performed under the direction of the VP of Engineering/COO.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field;
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible engineering or operations leadership experience;
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience that allows the incumbent to successfully perform the essential job functions.
• Washington State Professional Engineer (PE) license or have previously been a Journeyman Lineman as recognized by the IBEW.

Special Requirements:

• Maintain a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:
